Introduction
BJLA Architecture stresses a commitment to quality professional services for our clients, dealing with new construction, renovation, restoration and rehabilitation. While our primary focus is residential renovation, our broad experience covers a wide variety of building types including residential, commercial, health care, recreation and waterfront facilities, and historic restoration and rehabilitation. In 1996 we received an award from the Westchester Chapter of the AIA for the design of the restoration of the Yonkers City Pier.
Services
Our firm offers services including site evaluation, zoning analysis, existing conditions survey, space programming, planning and architectural design, management of the regulatory process, development of construction documents, and project management and construction administration. We provide services to developers, institutions, municipal government agencies, community groups and corporations, and private residential and commercial clients.
